Gallbladder and Liver Flush
Jun. 5th, 2015 11:59 amUpdate:
Flushing day arrived and I passed 6 to 7 stones about the size of a marble. No pain, nothing weird, until I looked down at the toilet I was not even sure it had worked. I'm to continue this for two more weeks. Every Wed.
My nausea has disappeared and my bowel movements are pretty regular. I still get a weird burning sensation in my lower belly sometimes, but I've been told that's a general reaction to a food allergy. :/
Still! This is the most like a normal human being I've felt like in ages!
Warning: post post may involve the discussion of poop. I won't be going into more detail than I absolutely need, but read another blog if that makes you squeamish.
So it turns out that a lot of my nastier digestive symptoms are coming from the gallbladder. The scary and aggravating thing here is is that I've already had scans and they've detected nothing. My doctor just gave me some anti-acids and wanted be back on antidepressants (over my dead body, I will do that to myself again.) My naturopath told me she is friends with two gastro docs that even told her that scans don't necessarily detect stones and sludge - even the hida scan. When you are detecting stones your gallbladder may be so diseased that there's no other option but to take it out. When that happens your symptom go away, but then you have bile dripping directly into your gastrointestinal tract(causes diarrhea in some people). So if you know someone who has had gallbladder surgery and they are always running to the bathroom, now you know why. It doesn't do that in everyone, but it's still not good to have the organ that primarily there to make sure you can break down fats just gone. Not if you can save it, which I've been told you can. At least, my naturopath tells me that she saved hers when the doctors couldn't detect anything.
My symptom were mainly nausea and indigestion as well as yellow colored stool(bile does that.) But there are other symptoms and I've just going to link the article from the website. Make things a lot easier.
So if you think it's a gallbladder problem and you've exhausted your efforts at the doctor, here's what you can do at home to flush out the liver and gallbladder. It takes six days. Make sure on the sixth day you're at home. You'll need a day when you have privacy and nothing planned.
You need three supplements from Nature's Sunshine: Gallbladder Formula, Hydrangea, and Hi-Lipase.
If you are having a bile attack, the Gallbladder Formula really helped me with that. It feels like bad acid reflux except all the antacids in the world won't touch it. (2 a meal)
Hydrangea is for the liver. Your gallbladder and liver are close together and they work together so the decline of one is really not good for the other. ( 1 a meal)
Hi-Lipase helps to break down fats since the gallbladder is struggling and therefore not doing it's job. (2 a meal) I think this knocked out the nausea.
That's the regimen working for me. If it's really bad you may need more than 2 Hi-lipase or GB formula, I notice when I go down to one some symptoms return. Basically you'll do that for six days.
( Day six is flushing day. What you'll do: )
Basically the same directions from the article. I have to do it Wed and I wish it were here so I could get done with it already. I'm not looking forward to drinking that nasty stuff. I'll update with how it goes. My naturopath says some of her patients send her pictures of this stuff! I promise I will not send pictures and make a collective internet audience vomit. So don't worry.
